Some carpets require a
deeper cleaner and for that
Grout Plus uses a machine
called the
rotovac. We tested
several systoms to see which
one would deliver the deepest
cleaning possible for our
customers and the rotovac
carpet cleaning method beat
the other systems hands
down. The rotovac cleaning
method involves the use of a
powerful truck mounted
machine attached to
a special rotary wand that
agitates the carpet in a
circular motion. This action
deep scrubs the carpet unlike
any manual carpet cleaning
device that solely depends on
the strength of the technician
to agitate the carpet.  The
rotovac cleaning system along
with powerful cleaning
solutions will clean away the
toughest dirt and stains from
your carpet while being gentle
to your carpet fibers.
Longer lasting
clean carpet
Our rotovac deep
extraction cleaning
system along with our
specially formulated
fiber rinse technology
results in a carpet that
stays cleaner longer
than most carpet
cleaning methods.

Clean As A Whistle 12 Step
Carpet Cleaning Process

The 12 Step Carpet Cleaning
Process

# Step 1: Pre-Inspection
Our technician will walk
through your home with you
to visually inspect the carpet.
He will identify potential
permanent stains and give
you an evaluation of
expected results, as well as
listen to any concerns you
may have.

# Step 2: Commercial
Pre-vacuum
Dry soil is removed by
thoroughly commercially
power vacuuming. Removing
dry soil is one of the most
vitally crucial steps in any
cleaning process.

# Step 3: Furniture Moving
Our regular pricing includes
moving sofas, chairs, tables
and smaller items. Beds,
dressers, and heavier pieces
cost extra to move. One of
our consultants can quote the
exact cost to move any
heavier pieces.

# Step 4: Pre-spray
A preconditioning agent is
applied to emulsify and break
down traffic area soil and
general spots for a more
thorough cleaning.

# Step 5: Pre-spot
Difficult spots are pre-treated
with special solutions to
increase chances of removal.

# Step 6:
Pre-grooming/Agitation
A professional carpet
groomer or rotary brush is
used to further loosen the soil.

# Step 7: Soil Extraction and
Rinse
The carpet is then thoroughly
rinsed using a powerful
extraction cleaning system
without over wetting the
carpet or leaving a sticky
residue behind.

# Step 8:  Neutralizer
Every carpet that we clean is
pH balanced afterwards so
that there is no sticky residue
left behind. This also leaves
your carpet soft and fresh.

# Step 9: Post Spot
Any spots or stains still
remaining will get extra
treatment with our many
specialty spotting solutions. *
For longer carpet life and
fewer permanent stains, be
sure to have professional
carpet protector applied to
your carpet.

# Step 10: Post Groom
Your carpet is groomed with a
professional groomer so that
the pile of your carpet is
standing tall when we leave.
Post grooming helps the
carpet pile dry faster and in
the right position.

# Step 11: Speed Dry
High velocity air movers are
placed on the carpet
immediately after cleaning to
promote faster drying.

# Step 12: Post Cleaning
Inspection
Our technician will walk
through your home with you
to point out the cleaning
results to make sure that you

possible.

Let’s share some answers to the three most commonly asked questions we
receive almost everyday.

How long should we wait to have our carpets cleaned?
Imagine, you have a new born baby, a roaming toddler with a sippy cup full
of red Kool-aid, or you're an allergy sufferer; perhaps you’re the proud
owner of a new puppy or kitten, or maybe you've just given up trying to get
your kids to take their shoes off at the door. You can see that each
situation is very unique. Each one of you could require a different answer
to this question; however, most carpeting manufacturers recommend a
professional cleaning every 12 to 18 months.

Aren't all carpet cleaning companies roughly the same?
No.  As with any industry, carpet cleaners run the gamut from Bubba
working out of the back of his car, to the low-price, high-volume franchises.
There are five important values which distinguish a real carpet care
professional from run-of-the-mill carpet cleaners: Reputation, Experience,
Education, Systems, and Guarantee.  In addition to these values Grout Plus
has a 12 step cleaning process for maximum soil and spot removal,
without overwetting your carpet or leaving a sticky residue behind returning
your carpet, as close as possible, to factory condition.

Grout Plus has a Reputation that is second to none. The area’s most
seasoned Carpet Retailers, Interior Designers, and Realtors refer our
services exclusively. Grout Plus is EXPERIENCED in cleaning all carpet
and fabric types, as well as every soiling condition known to our industry.
Grout Plus takes EDUCATION seriously and is certified by the IICRC which
is the world’s most recognized body of certification for carpet and
upholstery cleaners. Grout Plus cleaning Systems are the most advanced
on the market, getting maximum soil removal and maximum spot removal
without leaving a sticky residue or over-wetting your carpet. Grout Plus
offers a 100% money-back Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied,
we will return at no charge to address the problem area. If you are still
unsatisfied, we will honor our money back guarantee. Through these five
values and with the  Grout Plus 12-step cleaning process we are able to
provide you with the most outstanding service experience ever.
What is it about Grout Plus that makes the company so unique?
Let’s just try and pretend for a moment that the finest equipment, safest
products and certified technicians in Las Vegas doesn't even matter. When
was the last time a tradesman of any kind was at your home? Did they treat
it with care and concern? Or did they leave you with a bigger mess to clean
up when it was all said and done? How about hidden surprises in their final
bill? What about being on time? How comfortable where you with their
technicians being inside your home?

These are all feelings that every single person at Grout Plus understands
intimately. We want you to know that we share your concerns about your
family and home with you. We promise to treat you, your home, your family
and pets with the utmost of courtesy and care.  We understand that getting
ready to have your carpeting and furniture cleaned is a big job, especially
for you. And we promise to call in the event we will be more than 15
minutes past your appointed time—all because we respect you, your
valuable time, and your home.
Carpet/Rug Cleaning
What carpet cleaning
method is right for you?
There are so many cleaning
methods in the carpet cleaning
business it boggles the mind.
The bottom line is what method is
right for you and most of all your
carpet.  Listed below are some of
the most common methods
available to consumers

1.  Doing It Yourself - This is hard
work and the machine that you
rent does not have the extraction
power needed to remove dirt and
contaminates from the bottom of
the carpet fibers.  The cleaning
solutions are not as powerful and
if not rinsed properly can leave a
residue that will attract dirt back to
your carpet fibers.

2.  Professional Cleaning With A
Portable Machine
-  If you hired a
carpet cleaner that uses a
portable machine, we suggest
that you check that carpet
cleaning companies references
and if they are licensed and
insured.  A portable machine is
not much more powerful than a
machine you can rent.  Many fly by
night carpet cleaners use this
type of machine and if any
damages occur or if they did a
poor job  you probably will never
see them again.  Always ask what
type of machine will be used to
clean your carpet.

3.  Low Moisture Encapsulation
Cleaning (similar to chem dry ) -
Encapsulation cleaning involves
spraying a solution on your carpet
and using a floor machine with a
cleaning pad on the bottom of it to
clean the carpet using a circular
motion.  This method works well
for our customers who have very
little soiling and stains on their
carpet or who need a quick last
minute process that takes only an
hour or so to dry.  However if your
carpets are medium to heavily
soiled then this method will not
be the best choice for you.
Note: Some berber carpets can
only be cleaned using this
method.

4.  Hot Water Extraction
Cleaning
(steam cleaning) - This
is the method the IICRC and all
major carpet manufacturers
recommend for cleaning carpet.
This method involves applying a
cleaning solution designed for
your type of carpet onto your
carpet fibers.  A powerful truck
mounted machine is used to
deliver strong extraction and
heated water while the technician
scrubs the floor with a metal
carpet wand.  A good technician
will push the wand back and
fourth vigorously to insure
optimum cleaning.  A fiber rinse
solution is then ejected from the
cleaning wand as the carpet is
being cleaned the fiber rinse is
the final solution that is needed to
release all the dirt, stains and
cleaning solutions from your
carpet.  Afterward a carpet
protectant should be applied and
must be applied to carpets under
warranty.  This protectant adheres
to the carpet fibers so when spills
occur they do not bond
permanently to your carpet fibers
and will wash out more readily.
Grout plus uses the  hot water
extraction cleaning method
along with the rotovac deep
cleaning machine.
 This method
should only be performed by a
company willing to perform all the
steps needed to insure the carpet
is not left overly wet and that the
fibers are rinsed properly so dirt
does not attract back onto them.
The biggest complaints people
have about carpet cleaning is
their carpet being wet for more
than a day after cleaning and the
carpet re-soils shortly after
cleaning.  These are tell tale
signs that you hired the wrong
company to clean your carpet.Z
